The Project
AES undertook all the temporary services, landlord areas, CCTV, alarms and electric car charging points at this 156,000 square foot development in the Heart of Dover in Kent.
The new development includes retail areas, a cinema, a hotels and several restaurants along with 445 parking spaces.
Similar to our recent contract in Farnborough, Hampshire, this project demonstrates our ability in this sector, with a growing portfolio of completed retail parks across the south.
