Site Temps Update

Our site temps division remains very busy with projects completing along with new starts across the region.

Ongoing

Mercedes Brentford: there is still has a few months to go on this project but the general install is now complete. We have started removing temps in completed areas of the site.

Bognor Saltbox: Two buildings are now completed with the site temps install and both are currently running on generators (supplied by AES) until the new supplies are available. There are still 2 or 3 large blocks to be built and it is envisaged we shall be involved in this project for a further year or so.

Machine Store, Hayes: We are anticipating a return to site over the next few weeks due to the long Covid break on this project. The temps installation is nearly complete, although we will continue with monthly visits until we are ready to remove the temporary supplies.

Biggleswade: The install at this new care home is now complete. We will start to remove the temporary supplies in early May and should be off site by the middle of June.C

Completed Works

Sainsburys Northampton: This project on the car park deck temps is now complete. The lighting, transformers and welding supplies have all been removed from site.

Harrow, Attick Storage: We have reached practical completion on this project with the site cabins remain and will; be removed by the middle of May.

New Works

We have recently been asked to recommission the site temps at Silverstone Hotel that has had a long shutdown due to Covid. This includes supplying a generator and connecting all the site cabins up along with a new inspection of the already installed site temps.

We are also in early discussions and design on two new projects .

Battersea ‘The Collective’ Chatfield Road:  This is an 8 story accommodation block featuring built in hotel and commercial space. We have done some small enabling works with cabins going in, in early May and the project will run for approximately 80 weeks. The project will include, tower crane supplies, mast climbers, hoist along with standard transformers, power drops and LED lighting. We shall also be installing water supplies to each level.

Hove Gardens, Brighton: This is a large 20 floor residential block with underground car park and commercial units. This project is in the design stage for the site temporaries with an anticipated start in the middle of May and will run for 2 years.

Project includes tower crane supplies, mast climbers, hoist along with standard transformers, power drops and led lighting. We shall also be installing water supplies to each level.
