The Project
Courtyard by Marriot is a new hotel in the Docklands. it is conveniently situated next to the DLA (Docklands Light Railway) and City Airport, allowing easy access into the City of London.
We have undertaken the full electrical fit-out of the building. This has included power, data, bespoke lighting, security & fire alarms and UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) to 184 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a gym and three meeting rooms designed for up to 50 delegates.
Our directly employed and contract staff worked incredibly hard to complete the handover of this project, despite unforeseen issues with regards to Covid19. Huge credit goes to them for working closely with our client to ensure completion.
